On behalf of our world leading automotive client we are now looking for a Group Accountant with 4 - 6 years of experience in the domain for their increasing consultancy. The mission will start in the beginning of March where the right consultant will be extended or hired after 4 months.

Arbetsuppgifter
The function Corporate Financial Reporting is responsible for the internal and external financial reporting including related processes as well as making sure that solid internal control procedures are in place for our client. We work in close co-operation with other corporate functions as well as all the Truck divisions and Business areas. Our client are now for a person to take up a position as Group accountant with the responsibility for consolidation entries, eliminations and adjustments.

As a Group accountant you will be assigned to a cluster and section and thereby actively participate in the development and harmonization of the financial reporting process within defined responsibility.

As a Group accountant you will work as one member within a global team of Group accountants with collecting information, perform calculations and make postings in the BCS consolidation system as well as follow up on the outcome and correctness of your postings.

The Group accountant is in contact with External and Internal auditors providing information concerning the areas of responsibility. To be able to deliver on the responsibility given the Group accountant will continuously contribute to improve the role of a Group accountant, utilizing the global presence and the possibility in working in a global environment and time zones.


Utbildning/erfarenhet
To succeed in the role as Group Accountant you need to be communicative and be problem-solving oriented together with solid work experience within the financial area, where experience in company reporting is required and consolidation is a plus. You should also be skilled in excel and fluent in English.
