One sport that welcomes and unites no matter what gender, age, race, religious belief, sexual orientation, or ability. As spectators, yes. But more importantly as practitioners.
The sport of padel is the fastest growing sport in the world and therefore, we are looking for an experienced Group Accounting Manager to join our team at LeDap Group.
As a Group, we are at an early stage but with an aggressive growth ambition, present today in 10 countries. Your responsibility will be to strengthen and develop a well-functioning Group Accounting structure to secure our future growth of padel operations both in Sweden and internationally.
You’ll be responsible for
· all Group Consolidation and Reporting for approximately 100 subsidiaries
· the financial statements and ensuring high quality in the external & internal reporting to stakeholders
· support the local finance teams and M&A in acquisitions and divestments
· establish and enforce Group accounting and reporting guidelines
· primary contact for the Group auditors and the owner of audit and control process
· regulatory issues related to the financial area
· performing ad-hoc analysis
You’ll be reporting directly to our CFO and become part of our LeDap Group finance team, consisting of five colleagues. As a team, we work together and individually, all equally important for the future success of the company.
To become successful in the role, we expect that you
· hold an academic degree within a relevant field of study such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, auditing or similar.
· have 3-5 years of experience in Group accounting.
· posse in-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
· have excellent communication skills
· are an advanced user of Excel and can prepare complex topics in a concise manner.
· are fluent in written and spoken English.
Personally, you must enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and easily adapt to changes. As a person, you bring a solution-oriented attitude and a proactive mindset to challenge status quo.
We offer an environment where every member in the team is equally important to support stakeholders with insight and accurate financial information. Further we believe in great amount of flexibility, but you should expect some travel activity primarily within Europe in relation to work.
