Group Accounting Manager till KraftPowercon

On behalf of our client KraftPowercon, we are now searching for a Group Accounting Manager with  responsibility for the Groups accounting reporting. You will report directly to the CFO and be an essential part of the Finance team in the KraftPowercon Group. The global headquarter is in Surte, Sweden.
 
Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and assure correct and on-time delivery of the group´s monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting
• Review and analyse subsidiaries’ monthly financial reporting 
• Supervise the monthly closing of KraftPowercon Sweden AB
• Ensure correct accounting in accordance with the Swedish Annual Accounts Act and the Swedish accounting principles K3
• Prepare the Group Annual Report and the Annual reports for the Swedish legal entities and income statements  
• Develop and improve financial processes, routines, and internal controls within the Group
• System owner for Aaro
• Plan and coordinate the external financial audits of the Group and statutory financial statements
Who are we looking for:
As Group Accounting Manager you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience from working within qualified accounting matters, preferably from a manufacturing environment. You have excellent skills in Excel and knowledge of M3, AARO or a similar financial consolidation system. You feel comfortable working in an international environment with different cultures and understand the importance of communicating with colleagues all over the world. Therefore, the role requires fluency in Swedish and English, both written and oral.
 
We believe you are an open-minded individual with strong analytical skills, flexible and have excellent communication skills. You are structured with the ability to see the bigger picture while having the mindset to see details when necessary. As a person you are enthusiastic, reliable, positive and possess a high degree of work ethics.
