Group Accounting Manager to KraftPowercon

KraftPowercon consists of three business areas - high voltage, high current and uninterruptible power solution - with a mutual promise: "We won’t let you down". In short, we convert electricity to secure processes in everything from super tankers to nuclear power plants or to clean flue gas in power plants. We increase reliability, which helps our customers to a safer and more efficient process where costly downtime is minimized. KraftPowercon has around 500 employees globally with a turnover of 700 MSEK. The headquarter, with 150 employees, is in Surte, just ten minutes outside of Gothenburg.

Job description
As we continue our growth, our business is becoming more global and higher demands are required on our Finance department. Therefore, we are now looking for a Group Accounting Manager with global responsibility of the financial consolidation and accounting policies of the Group.

The main responsibility as Group Accounting Manager will be monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation and reporting as well as updating guidelines and accounting policies for the KraftPowercon Group. Furthermore, the position will also consist of ensuring correct accounting in accordance with tax and VAT legislation and compliance with Swedish accounting principles K3.

You will also set financial structures, processes and guide others in how to handle support systems and documents for correct reporting of financial data. The role includes being responsible for the monthly consolidation in AARO, handling internal and external communications, in order to ensure correct compliances and group accounting.

As Group Accounting Manager you will report directly to the CFO and you will be an essential part of the Finance team in the KraftPowercon Group.

Profile
You hold a University degree in Business Administration along with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience from working within qualified accounting, preferably from a manufacturing environment.

You have excellent skills in Excel and knowledge of M3, AARO or a similar financial consolidation system. You feel comfortable working in an international environment with different cultures and understand the importance to communicate with colleagues all over the world. Therefore, the role requires fluency in Swedish and English, both written and oral.

You are structured with the ability to see the bigger picture while having the mindset to see details when necessary. As a person you are enthusiastic, reliable, positive and possess a high degree of work ethics.
