Group Accounting Specialist

About the Role
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate accounting and reporting for our entire group. You will ensure that our financial reports align with both national and international accounting standards, and you will serve as a vital resource for our subsidiaries, providing guidance on accounting and reporting matters.
Your responsibilities will include developing and enhancing the consolidation process, verifying the accuracy of financial reports, and leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Additionally, you will identify and drive improvements within the group’s accounting processes and participate in projects related to system implementations and process optimization.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should hold a degree in accounting or finance and bring at least five years of experience in accounting, ideally within an international group environment. You have great knowledge of both Swedish and international accounting standards, with proven expertise in financial consolidation and closing activities. You have extensive experience working with financial systems and reporting tools like Power BI.
We are looking for you with strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and a collaborative approach. You should also have a natural ability to identify and drive improvements. Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential.
