We are looking for a Group Bid Manager to join our growth journey. We are offering you an interesting position in the field of recruitment services, psychometrics and assessments. The position is full-time and permanent, and the start date is in August 2022 at the earliest or according to agreement. Your location can be Finland, Sweden or the UK. Clevry’s headquarters are located in Helsinki, Stockholm and Brighton. In this role you will report to Clevry’s VP of Sales.

What will you be doing?
As a Group Bid Manager you will own the concept of bidding on group level. This means developing and owning all bid and frame agreement related processes such as process for getting into tenders and how we work with them as well as the process for implementing tenders and frame agreements. Together with VP of Sales and Line organizations you develop KPIs and goals for the bid function. In addition you will be responsible for the tools and systems that we use and developing our documentation.

An important element in this role is also supporting Clevry’s salespeople in contract negotiations in all our service categories (from SaaS to consultancy) internationally. You help our sales department in reviewing contracts and negotiating contract terms as well as provide training for them.

As a Group Bid Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Owning the concept of frame agreements and bidding on group level
- Working with local Bid Managers to implement the processes and to develop the function
- Supporting Clevry’s Sales Managers in contract negotiations in all service categories internationally
- Working with Group Procurement in all purchase categories


What you will need to succeed:

- Solid experience in bid or procurement role with proven track record of success
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills, no other language skills are needed but seen as a benefit
- Ability to have strategic discussions with C-level directors and HR of large enterprises
- Self-driven, curious, ambitious and goal-oriented mindset
