Job Description
In this role you will have the opportunity to work as a Business controller, working with Financial planning and accounting analyzing. You will also have the responsibility to define, develop and implement global project controlling accounting processes in cooperation with the sales support and the project organizations globally. If you have an interest in developing global processes combined with a role as Business controller, this might be the role for you.
As part of AFRY’s financial team, Group Finance, you will work in a multinational team located in various countries across the AFRY group. As Group Business controller you will have a varied role and you will share your time and partly work as a controller but also as a Global Process Owner. Your key responsibilities include work with Group controlling tasks and Global process owner for AFRY´s new ERP System.
Group Controlling tasks;
FP&A, incl budgeting and forecasting
Updating and creating reports for the organization
Responsibility in supporting the business in certain group wide processes such as forecasts, budgets and monthly reports.
Support the business in developing their skills in new ERP system landscapes.
Developing the controller function towards the group support organization.
Global Process Owner tasks;
Responsibility of global Controlling process handling and development
Define, develop and implement global processes in cooperation with the sales support/controlling organization.
Sharing the best practices across the divisions with a consideration and understanding of business specific and legal requirements.
Working on harmonizing processes and the users of IFS
Provide input to business requirement specifications
Test new functionalities and new versions of IFS
Roll out support, including, migration, handling of tickets, user trainings and participation in workshops.
The position is located in Solna, Sweden and is fulltime employment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have:
A Bachelor’s degree or similar in Business administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience within financial process developments or business controlling
Strong experience as user of the Microsoft Office Suite, specially Excel
Good understanding and experience of ERP systems, merited if knowledge in IFS
Experience of working in different BI systems
The ability to work in diversified teams and to guide and motivate project team members
Great ability to make decisions and strong ability to build good relationships with different stakeholders
The ability to work both in a management capacity and in detailed hands on system capacity.
As a person, you are a team player with great communication skills and good ability to take own initiative.
Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English, as we work both nationally and internationally.
