Group Business Controller

As a Group Business Controller you would be joining Arjo’s Group Business Controlling department, responsible for the analysis and reporting of group financials. The team consists of energetic colleagues playing a key role in the steering of the company. The daily tasks comprise elements such as monthly book closing, budget and forecast reporting, analysis of country/product performance, business case assessments, cost control and development of the next generation financial reporting structure.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Working as a Group Business Controller you will be a pivotal part of the Group Business Controlling team. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Conducting consolidation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and forecast financials

- Undertaking various types of data analysis, primarily on country and product performance

- Building next generation reporting processes and tools

- Creating various management presentation material and driving ad-hoc assignments

The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate has a Master degree in business administration, finance, economics or accounting combined with 5+ years of business controlling experience or similar, preferably in a multinational company.

Some of your key characteristics include:

- An execution orientated mind-set with a strong passion for business improvement

- A structured personality with great ability to plan, organise and execute many activities

- Strong data and communication skills combined with outstanding proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of COGNOS, PowerBI or similar is an advantage

- Strong people skills, with a natural flare for interacting with international stakeholders at all organizational levels, and a good sense of humour

- Ambition to assume increased scope of responsibility in the organization

- Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably a Scandinavian language

- International experience and extracurricular activities are a merit but not a must
