THE SCOPE
In IKEA Industry Finance, we are currently a team of four co-workers.
We are accountable for consolidation of the Industry Group, Treasury, Insurance, Tax and Accounting for IKEA Industry AB and we give support to the around 40 different factory units around the world. We have a diverse every day, following structured processes mixed with ad hoc problem solving and continuously developing the way of working.

We are facing some organizational changes and will take a new role as the parent company for the Industry Group as of September 2016 which means that we need to strengthen the team with a Business controller reporting to the Finance manager.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY?S WILL BE:
Lead and develop the reporting structure
Accountable for the consolidation of the Industry Group
Analysis of financial reports
Advise the units in different questions
Develop the way of working via continuous improvements but also initiating and leading development projects.
Ad hoc tasks

YOU HAVE A STRONG LEADERSHIP
You will not have any direct reports but you will lead development and implementation in huge international networks with diverse people. You have proven experience of collaboration with many stakeholders, preferably in an international environment, and you know how to follow tasks through the whole process. You are a clear and inspiring communicator and you maintain an overview also in a sometimes hectic working environment.

You have as a minimum a university degree in Finance, and experience from work within Finance in an international company, preferably in Industry or similar as auditor. You have experience from IFRS and K3 frame work and have some years of experience from consolidation of a group and tasks that comes with a parent company. You are of course literate in the typical IT tools that are used in a Finance department. The corporate language is English.
