Group Business Controller

For our Group Finance Function at Lantmännen, we are looking for a Group Business Controller to work with us where we have business in mind and people at heart.

This is what you will do

As Group Business Controller, you will be part of the group finance function, responsible for supporting group management and our business areas and ensuring they have access to relevant data to make decisions and drive business performance. Our group consists of businesses that operate within our entire value chain from agriculture, machinery, bioenergy, food and real estate. We operate in an international environment with our head office in Sweden, but with businesses in over 20 countries.

In this role you will take a lead in the development of our finance BI solutions to reach new insights. It involves communication with key stakeholders such as the group CFO as well as in the business areas within Lantmännen, translating them into requirements, and delivering insights through reports and dashboards. You will join a team of six, each responsible for a business.

The position is located at our global head office in Stockholm and you will report to the Director Group Business Control.
This is what you need to succeed

You have:

- A few years of experience working with controlling, consulting or similar.
- A relevant academic degree, preferably in business or engineering.
- Hands on experience with BI and building reports and dashboards. An understanding of data modelling and strong skills in Excel.
- Experience with working towards both internal and external stakeholders.
- Good communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English.
- Preferably experience from working in an international group.
