Group Business Controller Procurement is one of them and is overall responsible for financial reporting, analysis, planning, follow up of processes and administration within Procurement in Sweden, Finland and Denmark. The Key challenges is
To secure prices are correctly set externally and internally in order to ensure pricing on the end product is correctly set.
Regularly evaluate supplier performance and upgrade it by suggesting corrective action to remedy deficiencies.
The group Business controller procurement is a member of the Group procurement management team and are located in Sundbyberg, Sweden.
Key Accountabilities:
Analyze and resolve problems / bottlenecks and participate in the improvement projects and development of procurement & contracting policies and procedures.
Generating reports supporting decision making and strategic implementation.
Actively drive and participate in the analysis and follow-up of the company´s suppliers.
Establish working relations cross border; Finland, Sweden and Denmark.
In charge of all raw material price settings in M3, actual and forecast.
Be the link between procurement department and other business units regarding raw material information, price setting etc.
Review existing procurement & contracting policies and procedures and suggest improvements to streamline workflow and achieve better control and safeguard company’s interests and processes.
Prepare and review process purchase documentation. The job also includes meeting supplier

Who we are looking for
Knowledge:
Experience from M3 and/or other procurement systems
University degree in economics - or similar.
Extensive business- and process understanding from a procurement perspective.
Communicate in English on corporate level.
Knowledge of internal processes, standards, policies and procedures.
Good understanding of company financials, both P/L and balance sheet for supplier evaluation purposes.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience from business controlling, preferably experience from the process industry.
Pronounced experience and understanding of the challenges to work in a matrix organisation
Additionally: We think that your sence of proactivity, integrity and change agility will be your winning personal skills in this role.
