We are currently recruiting for a Group Business Controller with a passion for IT to our HQ in Gothenburg.

The purpose of this position is to:
Interface between Group business control and IT
Business responsibility to maintain and develop global financial master data and data models in the business control area
Responsible for rolling forecast process from a system perspective - business administrator for SAP BPC
Business ownership for the finance cube
Ownership of back end finance analytics landscape from a business perspective
Provide ad-hoc support in different areas within Group Finance


Key Accountabilities:
Lead the work from a business perspective (together with IT) to ensure that financial master data and data models within the global business control area is up to date and well documented.
Drive changes and development of financial master data structures and data models when needed, especially to enable new ways of working for business controllers globally with increased focus on analytics, automation and standardization.
Business administrator and process doer for SAP BPC. Ensure a well-functioning system, manage master data and data models from a business perspective and lead work to implement improvements in close cooperation with IT.
Business administrator and process doer for the finance cube. Ensure a well-functioning cube, manage master data from a business perspective and lead work to implement improvements in close cooperation with IT.
Be an expert on Mölnlycke’s finance analytics landscape from a back end perspective (as opposed to user interfaces). Provide training and documentation to global organization as required.
Provide ad-hoc support for wider Group Finance activities as required, including participation in projects when required


Capabilities, Qualifications & Experience:
Education with a relevant finance degree or IT degree
Preferably at least 5 years of work experience.
Experience from administration/maintenance and development of financial planning systems and/or finance analytics solutions – either from a finance role with IT focus or from an IT role with finance focus
Experience from driving change in finance related IT systems
Experience from master data management
Experience from at least one of the following systems/tools is also advantageous: SAP ECC, SAP BPC, SAP BW, Power BI
Digital literacy – finding it easy to adapt to new IT tools and systems. Engaged in driving automation and standardization using digital tools.
