About this opportunity:


Nasdaq Treasury is a central service function, which supports Nasdaq business entities globally. Treasury’s role as a central support organization means that you will be working with business units across the globe and be involved in projects supporting Nasdaq business initiatives important to senior management. You will be joining Treasury colleagues based in both New York, Vilnius and Stockholm and will support the development of a world class Treasury organization.


You will be part of the Global Cash Management team within Treasury that is responsible for managing the firm's liquidity and mitigating its operational, financial and reputational risk. The role would include collaborating with the company’s different departments and business units.

What you will do:


Liquidity management reporting, increasing cash visibility, efficiency, and usage.
Manage global banking relationships and ensuring our domestic and international banks provide reach and service.
Bank Account Management, ensuring compliance fulfillment for requests to open, close and change bank accounts and the respective mandates
Assist with the post-acquisition Treasury integrations
Participate and drive various Treasury initiatives and projects. Improve efficiency and cost reduction through automating manual processes and monitoring performance
Administration of cash management related issues such as power of attorneys, KYC, SOX-controls, etc.
Monthly closing processes working to ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting


What we expect:


B.A. or B.S. Degree in Business, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience within Treasury and/or Finance/Banking
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
Highly analytical profile with the ability to prioritize initiatives and meet tight deadlines




It would be great if you have:


Keen interest in Technology
Experience with BI and/or RPA tools
