As Group Content & Creative Manager, you will have the responsibility to lead, develop and drive the editorial and Inhouse creative team that creates relevant and engaging content to be used throughout the Customer Journey enabling personalized experiences in every touchpoint and across all markets
In this role you will create the Group Content Strategy to help secure our Business Plan targets, enabling us to fuel our personalisation and cross-channel delivery. You will also collaborate with all regions and markets, to develop common reasons to travel ensuring optimal common efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
Some of you and your team’s key responsibilities:
- To plan, develop and implement a content strategy, supporting and growing our defined reasons to travel, cooperating with the assets flow and channel management teams.
- Drive evolution of content strategy and execution based on key metrics in cooperation with Sales, E-commerce and Customer analytics teams.
- Manage the content creation, translation and publishing processes in project management platforms.
- Manage the English content pipeline, delivering Master English, and using translation process tools and supplier to enable multi-lingual local adaptation and tonality.
- Create content for the Customer Journey owned touchpoints including editorial, inspirational and operational content using images, graphics and video, copy texts and using the processes, systems, and templates that we use in all channels and that are in line with our concept of “create once, use everywhere”.
What you will experience
In your role, you will be a part of our Group Travel Management team acting on your area of responsibility. You will lead a team of 10-15 people, both managers and coworkers, to collaborate and support our sex business regions.

Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in building strong teams.
- Several years in managing content creation team, preferably spanning over several markets.
- High level of experience in the digital area, preferably using content as core component delivering customer and business value.
- Analytic skills in using data to make business decisions.
- Understanding about customer centricity and the usage of data platforms to enable sustainable growth in the Customer Lifetime Value.
- University degree or comparable working experience in a senior marketing role.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Experience in the travel industry is a plus but not essential.
