At Group Financial Planning and Performance (JC) we are a small team in constant contact with finance colleagues at the different functions at Scania and in the TRATON Group as well as with other key professionals at Scania. One of our colleagues has taken on new challenges within Scania so we are looking for a new team member!
This is what our group is focusing on:
• Coordination and development of the financial planning processes.
• Development of financial models to ensure coherence with strategies.
• Coordination of M&A activities and of non-controlled shareholdings.
• Financial evaluation of strategically important areas.
• Capitalization of subsidiaries.
• Evaluation and planning activities are related to investments.
What you will do
• Keeping track of the investment activities in the Group.
• Coordination of the Group’s financial investment planning, including the strategic Investment Roadmap covering the next 10 years.
• Analyze and present Investment Roadmap to Management.
• Evaluation of significant investment projects when requested.
• Supporting a coherent use of investment calculation methodology.
In addition to your focus area, you will actively support our activities related to new business such as electrification, M&A, non-controlled shareholdings, capitalization etc.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with more than five years of professional finance experience and with an applicable university degree. You have experience in financial reporting, preferably in HFM, and are familiar with investment evaluation. You have the ambition to impact and can easily view issues from a broader and longer perspective. Communication skills and the ability to maintain a creative dialogue are also critical to us. You are analytical, structured, and eager to learn new things. The position requires fluency in English and intermediate Swedish.
