As Group Controller to Group FP&A and Management Reporting, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an international environment, create a strong network within Scania, further develop your financial skills and grow long-term in our organization. The time to join is now!
What you will do
You will support various stakeholders with financial planning perspectives, both short- and long-term as well as performance management and analyses. You will coordinate, plan and execute the process that you are responsible for, which for this position is the Projection process, as well as improving our processes, deliveries, and systems continuously. You will also be part of our other processes and build P&L, Balance sheet, and Cash flow statements for both short- and long-term perspectives.
Excitingly, you will also get to present our financial plans to the Executive Board and our owners, to support them with financial insights to enable key business decisions. This job is also cross-functional within the Scania Group as well as within the Traton Group.
Your profile
• Several years´ experience in financial reporting and controlling
• University degree in Economics or Business Administration
• Experienced in Excel, Powerpoint, and preferably in the consolidation system HFM
• Fluent in written and spoken English
You have the ability to solve problems without losing sight of the company´s strategies and set high goals for yourself and work hard to achieve these. You like to cooperate with your team members but yet find it easy to put forward your arguments and be listened to. You are creative and agile, always thinking of new ways to solve problems.
