WHO YOU ARE


In this role you get the opportunity to combine your interest and knowledge within IKEAs systems with the finance/accounting area. Maybe you work at IKEA in a specific country and want to take the step into a global perspective? We believe that you have previous IKEA experience from a store, service office or a customer support centre and you have probably worked with line support within user/applications.



To be successful in this role you have experience with increased responsibility in finance/digital related field and a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics or a related field. You have Business Support and/or Accounting experience in a similar or larger organisation, with experience in a multicultural and multinational organisation, and of working in different finance roles (e.g. accounting & reporting, business support, SSC, business solutions).



And most importantly, you are a true talent when it comes to working with different IT-systems and you have a genuine interest in the technical parts of the job. You have a knowledge within data science, new technologies, analytics and their wide-ranging application in business context.



You have an understanding and knowledge in the following areas:



business, financial and operational processes, including their inter-dependencies and how to work through them
how to create and implement change initiatives and manage stakeholders
the customer needs, demands and expectations
IKEA Store cash line/cash office
IKEA Payments Solutions (iPOS, iSell) and if you know sales reconciliation (SAREC+) as well it’s a plus

You will:



support stakeholders with the expertise knowledge of the finance solution SAREC+
provide user support; examining data, determining causes & effects, draw conclusions and provide resolution.
assess test scenarios, execute solution testing and support, implement and maintain changes in the concept and perform data management
contribute, together with relevant stakeholders, on creating, maintaining, publishing and distributing manuals, working routines, training material and updates
advise and train superusers and make sure they have accurate information on time, create awareness of their responsibility and nurture their knowledge
support and maintain a connection with and between core areas, business owners, group functions, process development teams within the Ingka Group
support cross-organizational readiness and continued business growth in terms of competence, performance and succession through enabling an end-to-end approach



In this role you will report to the Business Support Team Leader. This role is located in Malmö in Sweden, but we are open to discuss other solutions for location as well. This position is a temporary employment, with start as soon as possible and end date the 22th of august 2022.
