About the Position

You will enter an exciting phase where new structures are to be implemented in the company. In the role of Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the financial reporting for the subsidiaries in Sweden and Germany. You will also act as a Business Controller, handling budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will work closely with and report directly to the CFO, and the role will expand as more companies come under Aunetic's umbrella. You will also collaborate closely with the finance department in Germany. As the finance team is currently being built up, the team collaborates to solve various ad hoc tasks that arise, so you must be ready to pitch in where needed.

Your role includes, among other things:

Overall responsibility for the reporting of Aunetic's subsidiaries in Sweden, Germany, and future acquisitions abroad.
Contribute to establishing the company's budget and ongoing follow-up.
Ensure the monitoring of the company's financial KPIs and establish processes and routines for this, as well as internal control processes.
Participate in internal Due Diligence and M&A processes as well as take part in commercial and strategic discussions (e.g., growth planning and investments)
Responsible for the company's procurement of a common ERP system.


Your Profile

To succeed in the role of Group Finance Manager, you need to have a business administration degree and a few years of work experience, where you have had exposure to SaaS-accounting. You may have worked at an auditing firm and audited SaaS companies or you currently hold a similar position at a SaaS company. You thrive in an international environment, speak and write English fluently, and if you speak German, it's a significant plus but not a requirement.

As a person, you are driven and adaptable to change. You enjoy being in a dynamic environment where you get to contribute to building, and you are not afraid to pitch in where needed. You take responsibility willingly and constantly want to learn new things. Furthermore, you are a meticulous and structured person with good analytical skills. You enjoy being engaged at work and want to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the workplace!

About the Employment

The position is a permanent full-time position based at the head office in central Stockholm. The start date is flexible and will be determined by agreement. The position involves travel to the European subsidiaries' offices.
