About the position
As Group Financial Controller at our HQ in Gothenburg, you will play a key role in helping the Group Accounting function and assist in driving accounting accuracy, efficiency and controls. You will work closely with, and report to, Finance Director Group Accounting. The function is responsible for Consolidated accounts and to act as a business partner to the subsidiaries Finance functions and control and assist them in reporting, compliance of policies and requirements related to IFRS, Statutory and Tax. In order to achieve this, you will have internal and external interactions and work with all of Swegon’s subsidiaries in Europe, North America and India.
As we grow, both organically and through acquisitions, the need for automation and digitalization will increase even further. You will play an important role in creating more data-driven processes and together with colleagues you will have great impact throughout various change initiatives; from idea to implementation.
Your main responsibilities:
• Support group consolidation, monitor and review group reporting and control timely implementation
• Be a super-user of our group reporting system Aaro
• Follow-up and evaluate group consolidated figures, prepare Management reporting and provide financial guidance and insight of working capital and cashflow
• Propose and drive optimization in closing processes and Management reporting
• Maintain and develop Transfer pricing policies and documentation
• Coordinate treasury and cash management activities
• Assist in compliance of external requirements (IFRS), policies and codes including driving accounting accuracy, efficiency and controls
• Participate in internal audits, plan and organize internal control reviews of local sites and support the business in enhancing internal control environment
• Actively support and participate in finance integration of M&A activities
Your profile

Requirements:
• Experienced in, and excellent knowledge within, finance, accounting and auditing or controlling and knowledge of group accounting
• Data-driven and open to digital ways of working
• Highly IT literate, excellent PC knowledge including Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English and Swedish, written and spoken alike
• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience from Aaro or similar group consolidation systems
