What will you do?
As Senior Financial Accountant you work with accounting for the main legal entities, manage the group consolidation, develop annual reports, and take a leading role during financial audits. The role includes both monthly accounting and reporting, as well as participating and driving internal audit and efficiency initiatives. You perform your deliverables with high quality and have a strong drive to continuously improve processes and reporting, in close partnership with the global finance organization. You will also communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.

Who are you?
You have solid experience to manage accounting, reporting and analysis, ideally from an international and dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, you have a passion for systems and continuous improvement. You are driven, set high standards for your deliverables and have a solution-oriented mindset.

We also believe that you have:

• 5+ years of experience in group accounting and reporting
• Experience of IFRS/Swedish accounting standards
• Experience to coordinate and take a leading role in financial audits
• Experience with ERP/financial consolidation systems
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

We are located in Krokslätts Fabriker Mölndal, Gothenburg, Sweden and you will report to our Group Finance Director.
