Group Information Security Architect

The Construction Industry is facing a transformation driven by digitalization. NCC is focusing on taking a leading role in this transformation, through developing our existing business models and through innovation to find new competitive advantages.

Information Security is a founding pillar in this transformation and we are now expanding our Nordic team looking for a Group Information Security Architect with the ability to form solutions with the correct level of security in relation to user experience, business value and business risk.

A matching profile for this position will get the opportunity to develop the target architecture for the information security area and to initiate change initiatives to realize and share the IT Security responsibility. The person we are looking for will, together with our EA-team, lead this journey of change at Group level, together with our Business Areas and Group Functions.

The position is placed at the Information Security function of the Enterprise Architecture & IT Strategy, a Nordic Group Function at NCC.
 

Your role

NCC is working with value driven Enterprise Architecture from four perspectives, Business/Information/Application/Infrastructure. This person is also responsible for securing that the initiatives of development are being realized according to the NCC guidelines of Information Security and to create solution architecture when developing new security functions.
 

Your experience and qualifications

We believe that you are motivated by proactive work together with our Business Areas, and by finding ways to present and finding understanding for complex information security matters from non-technical stakeholders within the BA’s.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have work experience from the information security area at a larger organization, with a proven track record from both acting at an operative level and in an advising role to the organization as well as IT, in designing and performing information- and IT Security controls and risk analysis. Knowledge in GDPR is also required. A merit would be if you have a certificate in CISSP, CISM, CRISC or equivalent since you will be a key player in our operative IT Security work and the transformation journey that is currently going on.

• Selling approach regarding Information- and IT Security
• Experience in working at an operative level with IT-Security and change
• Analytical strength and ability to use that strength in risk management processes and control framework
• Excellent in building relations and in communicating at all levels within an organization
• Ability to perform and deliver value-adding solutions at a high level
• Excellent presentations- and communications skills in English and in Swedish
