Group Information Security Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Information Security Manager with experience in building Information & Cyber Security capabilities in a complex and global organization.

About the job

The focus for this role will be Governance, Risk and Compliance but will have opportunities, influence and great insight into how we will work with Security going forward.

You will be working with conducting risk assessments and on implementing desired security controls and at the same time be a change agent by raising awareness and changing the security culture. You will also help define the renewed ISMS and governance structure as well as the new security landscape together with us. You will have the privilege to work close together with both the CISO as well as the Security Operations function where all the IT and technical security capabilities sits. The role will also work closely together with business units, regional and local business teams and strategically important initiatives and projects.

Who you are

To succeed in this role, we believe you are able to manage and work with multiple stakeholders in business and IT. You will also need to have a strong drive in setting and implementing security controls in a complex environment and have very good communication and collaboration skills. The resource will also be familiar with awareness and explaining why building in Security from the start is essential, and how to convey the message about key risk mitigation activities.

What you know

You have a minimum of five years of experience working with information security in a large organisation. Certifications like CISA, CISM, CISSP or similar are an advantage but not a requirement. In addition, you have:

 - Knowledge in ISO or NIST frameworks are required

 - Experience in managing security and risk in a global and complex environment
