Group Internal Communication Manager

Epiroc is accelerating the transformation towards a sustainable society, and we are now looking for a key role in the Group Brand & Communication team to take us to the next level. In our culture of “Dare to think new” driving change is essential and communication is key. You will have an open canvas to work with and be in control of both the larger brush strokes and the finer details.

This is why we need you
As Group Internal Communication Manager, you will develop, implement and follow up on effective internal communication strategies in line with the organization's goals and objectives and ensure an efficient flow of information to our organization. You will also provide training and support, and act as an advisor to employees and other stakeholders on effective communication practices and gradually increase the organization’s communicative ability.

In this role it is crucial to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, such as senior management, department heads, divisions and other entities to ensure that the strategy is implemented and that all communication channels are utilized in a way that is effective and efficient for the intended audience. This can require templates, policies and guidelines that you will produce and implement in collaboration with the teams.

An important aspect is also to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and channels, and adapting them as necessary to ensure continued success, and make changes as needed based on the feedback received.

Join our team
You get to be part of the exciting journey of growing the Epiroc brand globally, where you collaborate with people from all over the organization. You will have a central role and get freedom in shaping it by creating strategies and routines for our future internal communication but also have full support from a passionate team who dares to think new.

Competences, skills and experience
A successful candidate has a degree in communication, management, business development or a related field and a proven track record of developing and delivering engaging and effective communication strategies. Having experience from international and decentralized organizations is highly meriting.  You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are proficient in both English and Swedish with high stylistic ability.

In this role you will balance strategic, tactical, and operative tasks to ensure high quality delivery and you make prioritizations independently. You are digitally focused and have experience from developing digital channels for internal communication. Managing several projects parallel to each other is something you are used to, and your agile approach ensures timely deliveries.

Your profile
You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders. You are self-propelled and base your solutions on facts and acknowledged theories with the business first in mind. Your positive mindset is contagious and gets people on board with new ways of working and in change management, but you are also confident to argue for your proposals with a strong sense of “Dare to think new”. And last but not least, you know how to have fun at work and how to convert that into energy for the event an occasional rainy day.
In this role you report to the Vice President Brand & Communication in the Group function based in Stockholm.

Location and travel
This position is located in Sweden, preferably in Stockholm or Örebro but other locations can be discussed. Occasional travel is required and depending on where the successful candidate will be based.
