Right now, we are looking for a passionate internal communications professional to drive our internal communications strategy and plans. Your next challenge?
For this new role, we are seeking an experienced communications professional with a passion for developing communications that accelerates business performance. You will lead the development and execution of the Telia internal communications strategy and plans, and be confident leading change and leadership communications, and in leading new and improved ways of working for internal communications.
You will work closely with our studio, content and online channels team, with communicators in our country units, and with functional stakeholders such as People Experience and Culture, Group Brand, Group Strategy and our transformation office. You will ensure that content and stories are crafted to serve communications objectives to inform, engage, inspire and persuade employees and leaders as needed. You will demonstrate an ability to work across media formats and channels, and you will use your breadth and depth of experience to ensure that the communications achieve intended impact.

Work responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the Group Internal Communications strategy, messaging and plan, and alignment of internal communications across the group, including leading the internal communications community.
For leaders, acting as a trusted strategic advisor and coach on internal communications, including proactively positioning key executives to build confidence in leadership.
Working collaboratively and proactively with relevant communications teams, subject matter experts, communications channel specialists, agencies, partners and others as required, in the development and execution of plans, to ensure that plans are effectively implemented and followed up on time and on budget.
Working at both strategic and tactical levels, including hands on development and production of communications materials as part of daily work.
Actively contributing to the development of the Group communications strategy and plans, including securing relevant insights into target groups needs and preferences, to support target setting, planning and follow up.
Setting objectives and targets for internal communications including prioritized topics, and measuring effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative data as relevant.
Is this you?
Your experience:
Senior communications experience including change communication, business understanding, and interpersonal skills to act as advisory partner to stakeholders/leaders and advise and coach on internal communications.
Self-leadership, team orientation, networking and collaboration skills to be able to effectively prioritize and execute in a matrix organization.
Advanced writing and content development skills, including but not limited to messaging, scripts, speeches, keynotes, articles, reports, presentations, opinions, storyboards.
Able to conceptualize and execute a variety of communications approaches to inform, engage, persuade and inspire, including but not limited to presentations, staff and leadership events, audio/multimedia formats, social/engagement campaigns etc.
Analytical skills to assess impact and determine corrective actions.
University/tertiary qualifications in Communications, PR or equivalent.
Professional fluency in English, written and spoken. Swedish fluency is an advantage though not essential.
