For our client, H & M, Global Customer Service within Online Sales, we are searching for a Group leader. Global Customer Service at H&M is expanding the team and they need someone who can work as a Group leader within Business control. ABOUT H&M GLOBAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
H&M Customer Service takes care of queries and feedback from all H&M Customers online market communication with. There are 9 Customer service centres all over the world, serving all time zones today, with 1700 employees.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We want You to lead a group of experienced Staff planners. We believe that you act in line with our values- being a leader responsible for the operation and development of the group in line with business success. As a Group leader in Business Control your main focus will be to follow up ways of working, plan activities and projects, participate in planning new projects for Customer service globally, set goals for the business plan, communicate with different stakeholders. Work with developing the group, talent management, recruit and dialogue process and help HM to implement new policies.

YOUR PERSONALITY
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a sales minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. Your personal qualities also include:
- Are good at prioritizing, planning and organizing
- Take own initiative and lead with engagement
- Are a team player but also comfortable working independently
- Can cope with high workload and know when to delegate

YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
We believe you are sales minded, open and communicative but have also been working in a similar position of leadership experience for 3-5 years. You should also be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You have also an ability to cope with a high workload and are excellent in MS Excel knowledge.
