Job Description


Your contribution to something big
Leading and coaching strategic buyers and purchasing controllers
Drive supplier sourcing strategies and prepare supplier awarding to ensure the best quality, delivery and cost
Lead supplier performance evaluations, supplier visits
Drive Business Planning and Material Cost development and negotiations overview
Focus on cost improvement ideas with suppliers (including optimized supply chain, logistical arrangements) for production materials and resale business
Drive Supply Agreements and contracts with suppliers
Change management: coordination of lean change process on the purchasing side





Qualifications


What distinguishes you


University degree in economics or engineering (preferred to have a special focus on supply chain management)
Experience in purchasing department (preferred to have experience in leading teams)
Capability to motivate teams; organize, coordinate and plan tasks, resources and responsibilities of team members
Excellent customer and service orientation
Excellent planning, coordination and priority setting abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Able to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to finding solutions
Results oriented and pro-active attitude
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Willingness to travel
