Group Legal Counsel

Job summary
As Legal Counsel within our Group Legal Support, you provide general legal support with regard to any legal matters at Group level – where your main focus is to provide legal support to, and manage risk for, Group IT (mainly IT sourcing) and Group indirect sourcing, including GDPR related issues. You give support on Group level in general corporate matters, as well as in other matters at Group level in our decentralized organization. As part of your role, you also develop and set common policies and processes.


In this position, you report to the Vice President of Group Legal Support, and you are located at our headquarters at World Trade Center in Stockholm.


Your profile
You have a Master of Law, and at least seven years of professional experience from a law firm or an in-house role – preferably in an international organization. You also have experience from managing external legal resources effectively and cost-efficiently, as well as from managing, implementing and responding positively to change in an adaptive and innovative manner. Furthermore, you have proven ability to utilize skills in various legal areas; especially IT sourcing, indirect sourcing and GDPR but also within corporate law and other matters typically managed on group level in a decentralized organization. Experienced in managing solutions, delivery and analysis of intricate issues in a complex organization is a merit. We are a truly international player, and this calls for fluency in both English and Swedish.
