Lindab is a leading ventilation company in Europe with solutions for energy-efficient ventilation and a healthy indoor climate. In northern Europe, we also have an extensive range of roofs, walls and rainwater systems. Lindab is present in 20 countries in Europe and has a turnover of approximately SEK 9 billion.
We have a decentralized organization with about 4,500 employees who work close to our customers, with the overall purpose of creating a better climate. We spend 90 percent of our time indoors and the indoor climate is crucial for our well-being. That is why we develop energy-efficient solutions for healthy indoor environments. And we do it in a way that also creates a better climate for our planet.


We are now looking for a Group Legal Counsel to strengthen our legal team. This position is placed in Grevie, (outside Båstad) or Malmö, and you will report to our Group General Counsel. In this role, you will work with both a commercial perspective, as well as a Group perspective. On an everyday basis you will provide legal advice and support to Lindab’s organisation to advance and protect our business interests, with a main focus on the Nordic markets. You will draft and review agreements and other legal documents to mitigate commercial and legal risks, negotiate and represent Lindab towards customers, suppliers, partners etc. You will also work to create, develop and improve templates and, procedures including educating your colleagues within for example sales and purchasing.

 

On a Lindab Group level we see you as a natural part when it comes toyou will work with matters in relation to the annual general meeting, and corporate governance, including compliance and risk management.  You will also assist in M&A projects and integration of acquired companies. 

 

Group Legal also manage the legal structure setup, provide inhouse seminars and legal training as well as work with the insurance setup for the Group. A mix of many interesting and challenging tasks are waiting for you!

To be successful in this role, you have a Swedish Law degree, and you have a background of four to five years of relevant experience, preferably from an international environment in a similar role or at a law firm. If you also have experience working in a listed company, that’s an advantage. You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.
