Tetra Pak Technical Competence Development (TCD) develops and delivers trainings, tools and processes to cover the competence areas of equipment operation, maintenance, quality control, production management and customer management.We make sure that personnel operating and maintaining Tetra Pak equipment have access to sufficient training and training opportunities

We are now looking for a skilled and experienced manager to secure our position in state of the art technical training.You will both be required to develop our training methods as well as our skilled Instructors.You will also be responsible for the planning of our training activities.

Main areas of responsibility:
-Training responsible for Carton Economy, Distribution equipment and Automation
-Drive new course development based on market needs
-Manage a group of 13 Instructors based in Sweden, Singapore and Italy

Kvalifikationer

Your background and personal profile:
We believe that you have several years of previous managerial experience.Your educational background is preferrably from the technical field and you both speak and write english fluently.

You possess great coaching abilities.To lead and inspire others comes natural to you as well as the desire to always improve quality.You must be a good communicator that seeks collaboration throughout our organisation.Finally it is important that you enjoy a fast paced environment where multitasking is a major success factor.
