Arbetsbeskrivning
BRP Systems continues to grow and therefore we are now looking for our next group manager for our development department. The Group Manager will have direct personnel responsibility, including HR related administration, for the personnel in the group. Depending on the person we find, the group manager will also be working with project planning, execution, and delivery. You will be involved in achieving project targets and are expected to take an active part in fulfilling the objectives for the product area. The group manager will have a crucial role in coaching and mentoring the development team towards the overall objectives.
Responsibilities
A Group Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following areas:
Executing on business plans, goals and decision taken in the R&D Management Team where the Group Manager also is a member.
Planning and allocation of individuals based on the demands from the R&D manager.
Responsible (together with HR or R&D Manager) for all personnel aspects in the group such as Resource Allocation, Recruitment, Hiring & Introduction.
Annual Development Circle, Employee Review & Salary Revision
Assignment Feedback & Evaluation
Competence Development
Conducting group meetings on regular basis.
Aligning the group development, e.g. competence development and recruitment, with the demands on R&D.
Act as an agile coach where guiding, coaching and mentoring others is an important part of the day-to-day job. This includes working with agile values and principles to enable increased team and individual performance over time.
Skills
Experience within development, preferably software development in Java
Experience from a similar role as a manager, group manager, product owner or project manager
Experience from ERP development
Fluent in swedish and english
Qualifications
