Group Manager for group Aero Devices
Cab Gothenburg develop new and advanced cabs for our future trucks, while continually adapting our current products to different market demands. The development is done with our customers in focus and in a positive and open-minded atmosphere.

The group is responsible for the full product life cycle of aero devices, which includes roof and side air deflectors, chassis fairings and installation of electrical components. In actions this means develop product roadmaps for the area, planning and development of engineering solutions globally and cross functionally in cooperation with other Volvo GTT engineering offices.


As a manager within Cab Engineering, you are expected to:

You will be responsible for both staff, budget, and the technical development within your area.


Qualifications:
As our preferred candidate you are a MSc engineer, with good knowledge of the product development process and with several years of experience in development of plastic automotive parts. It is important that you have a positive mindset and are interested in developing people as well as technology. You are also expected to have at least 5 years of experience from the automotive industry. Earlier management experience is a merit. You should possess solid English skills.
