Group Manager Alternative Fuel Supply and Electromobility Components

We take the truck load, we protect it, hold it together, smooth and sturdy, and keep it running - We are CSETA.


CSETA - Chassis Structure, Equipment and Transport Adaptation - We are located in three different sites: Gothenburg, Lyon and Bangalore and we proudly take ownership of our technology. We will continue to grow in capacity and responsibility in the coming years!


Alternative Fuel supply, electrification and CO2 challenges are keeping us busy, just like increased customer demands for ride comfort. As part of our Technology Stream, we are working globally with all sites and with our collagues from purchasing, manufacturing and after market.


Your future role?


We are looking for a group manager for a team of very skilled lead and senior engineers with global ownership of alternative fuel supply systems, as well as specific components, supporting electrification of our trucks. You will be responsible for those areas from cradle to grave. This means that you need to drive activities from Advanced Engineering, through industrialisation up to maintenance and end of life. Together with our lead engineers, you will have the reponsibility of our Product Strategy Roadmaps (PSRs) for your technical scope.


We need you to play an active role in developing our Global Technology Area and shape our Product Stream and to move together from a project driven organisation into a product evolution setup.

You are holding a University/Bachelor/Master degree in engineering.
You have a proven experience within mechanical engineering
You are experienced in agile ways of working
You have managerial experience from line or project management
