We are looking for a Group Manager to lead our Calibration & Durability Testing team which operates all our functional, durability and NVH test cells in our R&D powertrain laboratory. In total the group is responsible for 24 test cells. You will be part of the section Lab & Workshop where the overall responsibility stretches from prototype build to test data delivery.

Skills and Experience
- We believe you have a university degree within engineering and/or solid experience from the automotive industry or similar.
- Experience from laboratories and from working with test objects are beneficial.
- You are a leader with passion for people and for the technology we develop. We see that you are structured and like to continuously improve current working processes.
- As a person, you are goal and result oriented, with a high level of engagement and a strong enthusiasm.
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Therefore, it is crucial to be good at cross-functional work and networking. You possess great communication skills, you are fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
Your role at Aurobay
As a Group Manager you will:
- Develop the team/employees through coaching/feedback.
- Perform recruitments and competence planning for future needs.
- Work with investments of new test equipment
- Participate in rig planning.
- Develop processes and tools.
- Operate through networks together with other teams internally and externally.
- Be responsible for the test cells and the work environment.
