At the Customer Feature Verification section, we are now looking for a Group Manager for our newly formed Customer Feature Data Analytics team, to join us in the endeavour to enhance our use of data and customer knowledge.


In this position you will be a member of the Customer Feature Verification Management team and will report to the Director Customer Feature Verification. THIS IS HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
You will move beyond compiling data and help to tell the story behind the numbers and to use reporting and visualisation to create answers to questions we do not even know yet. Enrich the existing landscape of data sources by identifying critical information requirements and connecting them into models through cross-functional collaboration. You will together with your team, actively finding new ways to understand our customer’s usage and their expectations on our vehicles. You will also work closely with the other teams within Customer Feature Verification and our sister section Vehicle V&V to provide them with support and tools to investigate data, plan for future test strategies, and formulate requirements and demands on our products


Your team consist of 10 highly skilled engineers with diverse backgrounds, and you will be on top of defining how to achieve the best work situation with them. You are also on a mission to find new team members complementing your existing strengths in competence and characters. Your role is to provide a collaborative working environment and cultivate passion, trust, and transparency through clear communication. You will build, grow, and lead a world-class engineering team by developing a culture of learning and through coaching and career development. As our next leader, you will also set the roadmap and objectives for your organization and act as servant leader to get your team there.

To be successful in this position we believe you have a M.Sc. degree in engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering, experience from leading people, and a proven track record of experience in the data analytics/data sciences field and have experience of agile methods.
