Do you want be part of our Visualisation department with the ambition of becoming the best in our industry? To Lead a team of very skilled Visualisation/CG Artists dedicated to produce images and animations for Volvo end customers?
We are now searching for an experienced Team Manager with perceptive and creative leadership skills. To succeed in this role, you need a cross functional mindset and culture, have a passion leading and developing others, enjoy empowering people and embrace the creative world of asset creation.
The Media Visualisation Manager will play an important part in leading and developing the team and supporting and improving how the design of our products is presented externally. This role requires great cross-network work and relationship to be a driving force behind the visual tonality of Volvo communications.
What you will do:
As the Media Visualisation Manager, you will be an integral part of developing the team into the future and set new standards. You will build great a network and bridge with other Design departments and departments across Volvo Cars within Marketing & Brand, Communications, UX and with external agencies globally.
To be able to create magic with your team of Visualisation/CG Artists you´ll need to be experienced in running and planning visualisation productions, balancing input and feedback from creative/art directors and designers, administrate visualisation productions reviews with management and decision-makers, and resource management. You will support and develop competencies, strategies, working methods and creative ideas for and with the group.
The Media Visualisation Manager reports to the Director of Visualisation Operations.
Do you fit the profile?
We are looking for a committed and inspiring leader who is passionate about the power of visualisation. You find energy and motivation in realising others’ potential, allowing them to grow. Thanks to your excellent communication skills you have the ability to create strong relationships based on trust and integrity.
We believe you have a master’s degree from a university, technical or design creative college or similar and a great understanding of digital content creation. You have several years of relevant experience within the visualisation production area, as well as leadership.
Last but not least you are fluent in English as Volvo is a global company.
