We are now looking for a group manager of our EACS Electronics group!

Join us at Connectivity – Entertainment and Connected Services (EACS), where we are in the heart of this fantastic journey! We work with our android based HMI heavy Service and Entertainment head unit. We develop the on-board application and the connected services.
Connectivity is a key enabler for the future of the Volvo Group. Our services and connected android system are enabling new features in the entertainment productivity and uptime field.
And we at Entertainment and Connected Services, are proud product owners for the entertainment platforms used in our trucks. We consist today of Software and Hardware component owners, Functional owners, Portfolio owners as well as Engineering Task leaders.
The electronics group is responsible for the interaction with our suppliers and to secure delivery and quality on our components. Moreover, to drive our entertainment functions from requirement to implementation.
So, what will you do?
Together with your team we want you to take an active part from cradle to grave for the area – which entails everything from defining strategies and roadmaps, to developing, testing and maintaining our products.
You shall, of course, lead and continuously develop the people in the group to deliver according to our customer’s expectations. Part of the job will also be to lead and continuously develop the processes, methods and tools that are used by the group.
You will be a part of a management team where you will play an important role to set vision, strategies and goals in an agile environment.

We believe that you have the following qualifications:
University/Master or Bachelor degree in electronic engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience within supplier management is a merit
Several years of experience in electronics development
Several years of managerial experience from line, product, or project management
