Group Manager – EATS & Start

Aurobay is looking for a Group Manager - EATS & Start. You get the possibility to join our journey and develop together with our operations. What you´ll do

As a Group Manager, you will have the complete employee and technical responsibility including long- and short-term technical strategies, project prioritizations as well as work environment for the team EATS & Start. You will be a manager who leads and expand the capabilities of the team in close collaboration with the Scrum masters, Product Owners and Calibration Leaders while holding a strategic outlook on technology, competence, and way of working. You will recruit highly skilled individuals in line with identified capability and capacity needs, develop and coach them to their full potential. You ensure the work environment for the teams and do performance reviews and salary setting for your team members.

The EATS & Start team develops control strategies and calibrates the EATS, lambda and purge system for current and next generation powertrain solutions. This team is today working with both conventional technology as well as hybrid calibration and developing in the field of electrical motors. The team’s main responsibility is today to secure that we fulfill emission legislation worldwide.

In the management team you should contribute to an innovative culture, improve our ways of working and of course represent your team.

Do you fit the profile?

You have a university degree within engineering or solid experience from automotive development, as well as good knowledge in engine control. You have a track record of demonstrating people leadership and business acumen. You are fluent in spoken and written English.

As a Group Manager you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, therefore, it is crucial to be good at cross-functional work and networking. You also need to possess great communication skills.
