We are looking for...
… a natural-born communicator. Clearly and transparently, you address people and groups at different organizational levels. As a leader, you are engaging, structured, and creative with a drive for results and team performance excellence. With your previous experience, you know how to make decisions based on available facts, judgement and given time frames. Since you're a social person, you curiously network across all functions and countries to drive the best possible results and welcome new ways of doing things. And even though you are confident about your ability with a solid background, you're still a prestige-less and flexible person who always wants the best for your colleagues – both in wellbeing and development opportunities.
