What you will do

We are looking for a Group Manager Electronics Software Verification at Electronics Engineering. You will lead a dynamic team of talented verification engineers responsible for securing the software centric functionality and quality by developing and executing the different levels of testing and verification corresponding to the requirements derived from complete system, detailed implementation design, and other relevant automotive industry standards.  We continuously strive to achieve the maximum value for the effectiveness and efficiency of verification as an integrated part in the end-to-end development and delivery flow.

Other important requirements for this role:
•    MSc degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
•    Experience of line managerial role (leading people level) in international environment, proven track record of build diverse teams and turning them into great ones.
•    Strong understanding of function and software verification techniques and processes relevant to automotive embedded systems and products.
•    Solid understanding of automotive software and electronics hardware development processes, including verification, integration, and release procedures. 
•    Commitment to ensuring the highest quality standards in software verification processes, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
•    Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with software verification activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
•    Experience in electric propulsion related system, function or component verification is a merit.
