Group Manager EMTLL Truck Layouts & Interfaces

Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
I´m looking for a new group manager for the EMTLL layout team truck. This is a great opportunity to continue to develop yourself as a leader and be part of the journey of Scania´s / TRATON´s future modular system.
EMTLL is a great team with a mix of long-experienced and new co-workers. During the last three years, we have built a strong team which needs a new leader to develop further as a part of the EMTL section but also to find the best fitting place in the flow way of working. Another interesting task lies in building a global layout organization which will consist of layout experts from all brands of the TRATON group. Here your intercultural leadership skills will be an important success factor.

Your duties
Your task in the daily work will be connected to:
· co-worker development (individual and team)
· improvement of EMTL management team leadership profile
· development of a global leadership + way of working in the TRATON IO setup
· balancing of "people and team", "vision and strategy", "system and flow"
· delivery follow-up of the group
· actively transforming the line organization setup to the development flow setup
