What You will do…
As one of five group managers you are responsible for one of the strategic building blocks of the toolchain and you are one important pillar to secure a common architectural tool available for Scania, TRATON and all brands in the group.

You lead the strategic and operational work through your team of highly competent employees who are software developers and you contribute with your knowledge as well as your experience to the development of your group as well as the section. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining tools used for designing and visualizing the vehicle´s electrical system. We work in a modern agile workflow both remotely and in the office.

In your role, you will be part of the section management team where you are expected to contribute and secure the fulfilment of our targets. To be successful in your role you need to be innovative and open to new possibilities and ways forward as we are part of the transformation in our business.

Who You are…
You are a natural and confident leader with experience in leading agile development teams in a global context. As a leader, you have a lot of enthusiasm and the ability to see people and their possibilities and to trust in others. It is natural for you to communicate expectations and you know that feedback is crucial to creating the right conditions for groups and individuals to succeed.

To succeed in this position, you need to be strong in building teams, cross-functional work, be communicative, show drive and initiative and be energized by challenges and finding solutions to these. You also have a truly agile mindset and seek to develop both yourself and our organization. You are humble, sociable, and easy to work with.

We think you have a graduate degree in engineering or equivalent as well as experience in developing and maintaining systems in a complex environment. You communicate fluently in English.

Knowledge about Scania and Scania's methods as well as processes is meritorious as well as experience in professional leadership roles.
