As a Group Manager for Dynamic, Emission & Climate testing, you will lead a team of test engineers and be responsible for our advanced engine and powertrain test cells and our PEMS testing. We conduct cutting-edge research and development to advance our technology and capabilities and mission of sustainability.

Skills and Experience

- M.Sc. in Electronics, Automation or Mechanical Engineering or similar is meritorious.

- Experience from automotive testing and preferably laboratory testing.

- Excellent team and communication skills.

- Ability to motivate people to work in the same direction.

Your role at Aurobay

As a Group Manager you will:

- Lead and develop a team of test engineers.

- Secure needed testing capabilities short and long term

- Be responsible for the test cells and the work environment.

- Develop work and test processes.
