What You´ll Do
You will be one of two Group Managers within Industrial Engineering in Operations focusing on Production Engineering. Your area of responsibility will be to drive continuous improvements to machines and processes so that our operators can be as efficient as possible. Your team to lead, consist of skilled Manufacturing technicians, and you will continue to develop the team towards best in class, thereby securing the highest quality standards, efficient processes, and a good working environment. These technicians are part of our matrix organization, as members of cross-functional production management teams.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, empower and point the way for employees to meet organization targets and expectations
- Plan staffing levels and maintain employee work schedules and workload
- Secure a safe work environment where the work can be carried out without risk of ill health or accidents
- Coordinate and implement process changes for changed components and/or products
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff. Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition and rewards
- Act as Employers representative
You’ll be a member of the cross-functional Autonomous Manufacturing Center (AMC), responsible for its engineering matters. At the AMC you’ll work closely with your colleagues responsible for Maintenance and Quality.

We believe that you will bring:
- Strong leadership skills and a long-term strategic mindset
- Project Leader/Manager experience
- Good technical understanding e.g. Mechanical/Automation/Electronics
- Lean production and Change Management Experience
- Ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and employee relations
- Good skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
Education
- University degree within engineering, or Manufacturing, or equivalent relevant work experience
