What you'll do?
We are now hiring a Group Manager within Vision Customer Engineering in Linköping. In the role you will improve and build upon the existing team of highly competent testers and test leaders as well as release management. You will lead and support the teams into a new era of autonomous driving where testing is a crucial part of the development process. Excellent quality is a foundation for creating trust in mobility.

As a group manager you are responsible for the development of both technology, methods and personnel. You are expected to ensure the quality of your employees' working methods, performance and competence development. You will also be responsible for budget and work environment.

You will be part of the Customer Engineering Sweden management team, situated in Linköping. The department consists of multiple line groups including systems engineering, SW- and HW engineering, verification as well as different supporting functions within the engineering domain.


What you'll bring:
To succeed in this position, we prefer that you have

Minimum Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent

Experience as a group manager or equivalent

Experience of test

Experience of scalable distributed test systems

Experience of collaborating with teams on different sites

Experience in leading others as well as building and developing teams

Good knowledge in English

As a group manager for Test you should have a background and experience within Agile software development and testing. The position requires good leadership skills, communication skills, that you are analytical and structured. You should be responsive, outgoing and maintain good relationships with people in your area.

We see experience from the automotive industry and work with safety-critical systems as a merit.
