Your role as Group Manager
• Active member of the awesome IUB management team, helping to drive change together
• Prioritizing and managing and balancing the tension of everything we want to do and achieve
• Ensure that the team stays relevant and is perceived as a true enabler for Scania IT service
• Take part of transformational activities that drives this journey forward
• Be involved in strategic activities, also by bringing in your teams experience in this
• Inspire business initiative by sharing success stories encountered by you and your team
• Coaching your team members
• Help develop our enterprise team into a global center of excellence
• Recruit new talents to the team with the help of the Scania Talent Acquisitions Department
Your profile
You are truly passionate about working and coaching people, and good in leading and driving change forward. The leadership style you apply brings you trust both from your own team and other stakeholders around you. A Servant Leader that trusts your team to take the correct choices and make decisions. You are not afraid to take your own decisions and tough dialogues when needed, as well as working in a agile way. To succeed in this role you have experience from working in a leading role, Swedish and English language skills is required and relevant technical knowledge is a huge merit.
