Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Do you want to be a part of driving Scania´s journey of Customer Digitalization? Then keep on reading! We are looking for a great leader to join our Management-team at KYT, Customer Digitalisation, within Sales & Marketing.

 

As an agile leader in our organization you will work with driving Scania further in our Digitalisation Journey! A lot of the work will be done cross-functional in the Scania organization, but also in close cooperation with our Customers.

 

The group KYTG consists of one development team responsible for the Customer interface in our Repair and Maintenance Journey. The product is today called Service Planning and is a crucial part of our digital offer. Service Planning provides an overview of all the equipment in your fleet, along with their maintenance plans, including a calendar for keeping track of maintenance and repairs. With the Fleet Management App, you get access to the defect reporting function and your drivers can instantly report problems and supply photographs directly from the site of the incident.

Your profile

We need a driven and forward-thinking manager that dare to drive change and constantly challenge the way we are working. You strive to improve your way of leading yourself and others. As a leader you communicate expectations and know that feedback is crucial in driving the development of both team and individual. You are a good coach for people and can adapt your leadership skills to different situations. 

 

You have a deep understanding of the agile manifesto and what it truly stands for. You setup teams with diversity to maximize their value. You can coach and lead teams in their journey to continuously improve and reach new insights of their and your own abilities. 

 

You have probably worked as a group manager a couple of years and would like to have a new challenge or you have worked in a development team are ready to take the next step.
