Are you our new Group Manager?
Arriver™ is a new software unit and brand, fully focused on developing perception, fusion and drive policy software for the next generation cars. It will deliver an open, scalable and flexible architecture solution running on Qualcomm® Snapdragon Ride™ System on a Chip (SoC) platform. Arriver™ has 800 people in five countries – China, Germany, Romania, Sweden, USA – and builds on more than a decade of experience in active safety software development. The company is wholly owned by Qualcomm.
In Sweden we are situated in Linkoping, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Lund with around 400 colleagues. We are developing our Vision software cross-functionally bases on agile principles.

What you'll do?
We are now expanding and will hire another Group Manager for our Vision development at our Linköping office. The role is within Traffic Infrastructure Detection, where we are working on road, lane and traffic sign detections as well as calibration needed to enhance detection accuracy. In this position you will recruit and build upon existing teams of highly competent developers. As a Group Manager you also have an operative role as Supporting Line Manager in the RA, including leadership of external teams and delivery responsibility.
As a Group Manager you grow our culture which enables innovation, flow and technology leaps. You also develop your employees' working methods, competence and performance. Responsibilities also include budget and working environment.
What you'll bring:
To succeed in this position, we think that you have:
Minimum Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
Experience as a Group Manager or equivalent
Experience in leading others as well as growing and developing teams
Good English and Swedish skills, spoken and written
The position requires a background and experience within agile software product development and processes, an outgoing attitude and skills in maintaining good relationships.
Meriting experiences are; algorithm development, image processing, compute clusters, CI, the automotive industry and work with safety-critical systems.

Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
2+ years of experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
