Do you want to be a part of driving Scania´s journey of Customer Digitalization? Are you passionate about Mobile App and API development? Then keep on reading! We are looking for a great leader to join our Management-team at KYT, Customer Digitalisation, within Sales & Marketing.
As an agile leader in our organization, you will work with driving Scania further in our Digitalisation Journey! You will be focusing on leading our mobile app and Customer API strategy and development. A lot of the work will be done cross-functional in the Scania organization, but also in close cooperation with our Customers.

• We digitalise our customers’ operations to deliver tangible value with focus on customer experience, flow, efficiency and development within our eco-system.
• Our organization is recognised as THE positive force in Scania that drives innovation in all aspects of work life, both services and the way we produce the outcome.
• Getting our teams ready to deliver the best profitability when switching to electrification.
• Actively drive our customers towards making sustainable choices wherever possible.
• Continue to drive our technical landscape with micro-service architecture in AWS. Ensure that our solutions are both modular and scalable to quickly meet new demands.

• Leading the way in our mobile app and Customer and Partner API landscape. Striving to unify and find synergies in the teams behind our present and coming solutions.
• Creating a team climate where innovation is a given factor and where our new ways of working can develop and continuously improve.
• Motivating, engaging and developing your co-workers.
• Responsibility for the team’s deliveries, both functional and technical.
• Responsible for budget and to maximize business value from your capacity.
• Take active part in the management leadership team, you play an importing role in contributing to strategies, plans and visions for our area.
Your profile
We need a driven and forward-thinking manager that dare to drive change and constantly challenge the way we are working. You strive to improve your way of leading yourself and others. As a leader you communicate expectations and know that feedback is crucial in driving the development of both team and individual. You are a good coach for people and can adapt your leadership skills to different situations.
You have a genuine interest in the app development area. You have knowledge about native, hybrid and web app development. AWS and Firebase for back end services are also familiar to you. You know about testing frameworks and processes. Certificate handling and release on Apple and Google is also a known area to you.
Having a close dialogue and a close cooperation with Customers and Users are instinctive to you, as is understanding your team’s deliverables. You have a deep understanding of the agile manifesto and what it truly stands for. You setup teams with diversity to maximize their value. You can coach and lead teams in their journey to continuously improve and reach new insights of their and your own abilities.
