The People & Culture IT organisation supports Scania with Human Resources (HR) IT-solutions, covering the whole lifecycle, from requirement analysis to implementation and decommissioning. Scania’s business is changing over time - globalization, digitalization and mobility are examples of trends that are affecting our business environment. To support the Scania transformation and give our co-workers the best employee experience, we are on a journey to modernise our IT landscape and establish agile ways of working.
In the P&C IT we are very excited about the ongoing SAP SuccessFactors & ServiceNow global roll-out and developing our home-built solutions in AWS. We currently have a high focus on digitalization and are also creating a digitalization roadmap to utilize the full potential of modern solutions to enable data-driven decisions within Scania. To expedite these transformations, we will adapt the current P&C IT organisation in the near future to ensure stakeholder commitment at all levels.
We are now looking for a dynamic individual to join our existing team as a First-Line Manager and help us shape the organisation of the future. In this role, you will be an active member of the management team, work closely with your business counterpart, leverage your HR and IT expertise and be a servant leader to inspire your team to achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities
• Work in close cooperation with your business stakeholder to understand the business goals and align on roadmaps & priorities
• Cultivate a culture of servant-leadership, demonstrating a strong commitment to serving and supporting your teams deliveries and team members' growth and development
• Handle line management responsibilities including budgeting, competence planning, performance reviews and recruitments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, optimize productivity, and achieve operational goals
• Be an active member of the management team and contribute to OKR work within the department
How you can impact
• Actively contribute to the future organisational setup based on the business and IT strategies, which could change your team’s composition and deliveries
• Influence the digitalization initiatives within P&C domain
• Personnel development through coaching and mentoring
• Drive the HR digital transformation from an IT perspective with SAPSuccessFactors and ServiceNow as cornerstones
• You have experience with SAPSuccessFactors implementation and have successfully lead digitalization initiatives in big organizations
We believe
• You have a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in IT or HR
• You are an experience people manager who has managed complex technical products and SaaS solutions
• You love developing people and delivering great products and services
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to individuals at all levels of the organization
• You are fluent in English and Swedish
