We are now looking for our new Group Manager Product Cost & Planning.


WHAT CHALLENGE DO WE OFFER?
The position has responsibility for Volvo Group R&D IT budget and cost distribution for group common IT-systems. One of the most important task is to continue to develop a high performing team and secure best available competences in the area on short as well as long term.

The team are handling requests from the R&D line organization, executes pre-studies and investigations and initiates development, purchase and enhancement of IT-systems to be performed by Group Digital & IT. Management of IT-project, change management and implementation of new IT-systems and functionality is as well a part of the work.

Experience from working in agile methods such as SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe framework.
Managerial/ Leadership experience or development of emerging leader/team leader/project management
M.Sc. in Engineering or Business economics (Mechanical Eng., Mechatronics Eng., Electrical Eng., Computer Science, IT, Business) or equivalent experience and knowledge
Experience from and knowledge of IT development in Process and IT projects
Broad knowledge in the way to develop products in GTT
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

You will report to the Director for Compliance and Product Support IT Tools Digital Engineering in Volvo Group Trucks Technology and be a member of the Compliance and Product Support IT Tools management team. The team and you will be located in Lindholmen.
